EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
Log into the Cvent Exhibitor Portal to register and manage members of your onsite team.

EXHIBITOR HOUSING
Exhibitors must complete the registration process in order to book housing. Once registered, look for the housing link in your registration email to book a room.
Lead Retrieval
Cvent is the official lead retrieval vendor for AHRMM22. LeadCapture licenses can be purchased through the Cvent exhibitor registration portal.
COVID-19 Safety Protocols
The AHA continuously monitors local, state, and federal guidelines and determines safety protocols and requirements for all face-to-face events. Additional details on safety protocols will be provided closer to the start date of AHRMM22.

- Shipments accepted at the Advance Warehouse (Please note: warehouse will be closed on July 4 for the holiday)
July 11, 2022
- Floor plans with dimensions due to AHRMM Show Management for any exhibitor occupying an Island, Split Island, Peninsula or Modified Peninsula
- Exhibitor Certificate of Insurance (COI) due to AHRMM Show Management
- Full payment must be received by AHRMM regardless of contract submission date
Week of AUgust 1, 2022
- Pre-show Attendee Mailing List distributed to exhibitors (includes company, name, title, and mailing address)
August 5, 2022
- Exhibitor registration deadline
- All new registrations and edits to existing registrations will be handled onsite
August 7-9, 2022
- Shipments accepted at Show Site
