EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
Exhibitor Registration is now open. The exhibiting company’s primary contact should’ve received the Welcome Email, which includes a link to log in to the Exhibitor Portal, where they can register booth staff. If you did not receive this information, please contact

Exhibitor Housing
To reserve a room in the AHRMM hotel room block, your team must first individually register for the Exhibitor Fully Conference Badge or Exhibitor Badge allotment provided. Upon completing the event registration, hotel booking information will be emailed directly to the individual who has registered.
The headquarters hotel will not be directly identified until after registration is completed. The discounted room rate for the AHRMM Headquarters Hotel for 2024 is $229 single/double occupancy plus tax while the block is open or filled. Exhibitor registration is expected to launch in February 2024.

*Lunch tickets are available for full conference attendees and full conference exhibitor badges. Lunch tickets may be purchased for Exhibitor Full Conference in the Cvent Registration Portal.

- Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) notification due to The Expo Group
- Full payment must be received by AHRMM regardless of contract submission date
- Exhibitor Certificate of Insurance (COI) due to AHRMM Show Management

- Electrical – Plumbing – Rigging incentive deadline
- 2024 Exhibit Application & Contract due to participate in Advance Space Selection
- Advance Warehouse begins accepting shipments
