Exhibitor registration is live! Have questions about your registration allotments? Email [email protected].
Exhibitor Housing
To reserve a room, you must first register for an Exhibitor Full Conference Badge or Exhibitor Badge. Upon completing your registration, hotel booking information will be emailed to you. The discounted room rate for 2024 is $229 single/double plus tax at AHRMM headquarters hotel. Registration will open in February 2024.
Lead Retrieval
Lead retrieval is now available to order through your Exhibitor Portal. Search your email for a message from [email protected] “Welcome to AHRMM24 Conference & Exhibition - Login to the Exhibitor Portal” with your unique link to the Exhibitor Portal. You can also view the Lead Retrieval How-To by clicking the link here.

- Floor plans with dimensions due to AHRMM Show Management for any exhibitor occupying an Island or Split Island
July 2024
- Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) notification due to The Expo Group
- Full payment must be received by AHRMM regardless of contract submission date
- Exhibitor Certificate of Insurance (COI) due to AHRMM Show Management
- Exhibitor housing deadline
- Electrical – Plumbing – Rigging incentive deadline
- 2024 Exhibit Application & Contract due to participate in Advance Space Selection
- Advance Warehouse begins accepting shipments
- Booth Personnel Registration Deadline
- Substitution & Cancellation Deadline
- Exhibitors must notify AHRMM Show Management of any planned special promotions
- Deadline to order all graphics from The Expo Group
August 2024
- Advance discount deadline for most show services via The Expo Group is August 18
- After-deadline charges assessed for shipments received at warehouse
September 2024
- Shipments accepted at the Show Site on Saturday, September 21
