New for 2024, up to $10,000 in exhibit booth investment will be recognized in sponsorship tiers. Bronze Level
($15,000 to $24,999)

Keynote Address

This opening session is one of the highest attended opportunities for AHRMM24. Welcome the Keynote speaker to the stage with a 30-second scripted speaking opportunity. Sponsorship includes a dedicated push notification and sponsorship recognition. Your logo will also be included in the agenda and on the AHRMM24 website along with prominently placed during the speaker's introduction.
Breakfast Industry Symposia

Share your expertise with attendees in an engaging 45-minute session during AHRMM24. Your session will open to all AHRMM24 attendees and AHRMM will scan badges for each session. Food and beverages are included and can be enhanced for an additional fee.
Must be contracted by May 1, 2024. Sponsor will receive scan data post-event.

Focus Group

Ensure your ideas and concepts are vetted by industry professionals through a Focus Group made up of AHRMM members. Sponsorship includes private meeting space, meter board in exhibit hall and a dedicated email to a subset of AHRMM members.
Sponsor to provide focus group content, stipend as a thank you to participants, and optional food & beverage (separate cost if added on). Recommended size is 10-12 focus group members.
Learning Pavilion

Includes recognition via signage, daily push notifications, and a loudspeaker announcement per hall opening to drive traffic. Sponsor also has the opportunity to provide collateral in the lounge.
Specialty Drink Station

Be a great host. Provide a specialty drink station in or near your booth during exhibit hall hours on your selected day(s). Includes logo recognition on a tabletop sign and a decal on the front of the station. Specialty drink stations may only be purchased through AHRMM and other catering orders will not be permitted.
