Summer Snack and Refreshment Stations - New for 2026!

Choose from warm cookies, popcorn, or soft pretzels—or keep it refreshing with lemonade or iced tea. Your Summer Snack or Refreshment Station will be conveniently located near your booth, drawing attendees in, sparking conversations, and increasing booth traffic. 

Available on either Monday, Tuesday, or both days during Solution Center hours or Happy Hour. 

Note: Happy Hour is on Monday only. Food and beverage must be purchased through AHRMM; outside catering is not permitted. 

Sponsorship includes: 

• A snack or refreshment station for one (1) day. Choose between hosting during exhibit hall hours or Monday’s Happy Hour. 
• An onsite attendant, plates (for snack stations), cups (for drink stations) and branded napkins. 
• Choice of either popcorn, warm cookies, soft pretzels, lemonade, or iced tea for your Summer Snack or Refreshment Station. 
• A tabletop sign for sponsorship recognition.
