Guide attendees through the exhibit hall while elevating your brand visibility with aisle sign danglers. Positioned above key aisles, this high-visibility placement ensures your brand is seen repeatedly as attendees navigate the show floor. Sponsorship includes logo recognition on aisle sign dangles located throughout the show floor, and recognition on AHRMM26’s onsite signage, website and mobile app.  Artwork specifications will be provided upon contract signing, with artwork due 45 days before the conference. 

Meeting Room

$1,000 per day (4 Available)

Host client meetings or team gatherings in a professional meeting space conveniently located near the conference education sessions. Meeting Rooms can accommodate up to 80 guests in banquet style or 65 guests in classroom style, providing an ideal setting for private discussions, team meetings, or hosted client engagements during the conference. Meeting Room Sponsors may not schedule activities: including receptions, breakfasts, sessions, or other events that conflict with the official AHRMM26 Annual Conference schedule.
