• Ontime vacuuming of booth space prior to show opening
• A $300 corner fee is applicable 

New Exhibitor Package

$6,500

Must be a first-time exhibitor to qualify for this package (includes companies that have not exhibited in the last two years).

• Inclusion in the Search for Solutions attendee game
• Complimentary pre-show attendee list  for one-time mailing (opt-in emails included)

Exhibitors who have participated in AHRMM23 and or AHRMM24 do not qualify for this package. 

In-Booth Education

$12,500

• 10' x 20' space includes: Carpet, 6 seats, and AV Set up for presentation 
• 15- 20 min 
• In booth education will be for CE (.5) no negotiation. Must submit session info for ARHMM review and approval to be added to the schedule. 
• Scanners will be available for In Booth CE Sessions – attendee info shared with sponsor.
